I am glad you could visit our website to learn more about the "Rajamani School for World Music".

 We are a small School Operating out of our home studio. We take our very high level international musical classes to other school centers as well.  We colaborate with different organizations and individuals to bring culture and  music programs to your venue of choice.

 

I have been a musician performing on stage since the age of five and i have taught World Music and culture for over 20 years at pre-schools, elementarys and highschools, colleges as well as holding music and therapy workshops for professionals internationally.  I have found that schools can be quite limited in their knowledge of teaching children in the United States about world culture and music.  Today the face of world society is changing rapidly into becoming multicultural societies.  It is for this reason that it is more important for a child to be exposed to sounds, rhythms and songs from around the world to connect to their own cultural roots as well as connect to others.  Music can do this.  Thus was born the"Rajamani School of Music"

I started learning music as a child growing up in a loving musical family. Today these memories of learning to sing and play music with my family has been one true experience that I look back to in order to keep my inspiration of life and music ever glowing.  At the "Rajamani School Of Music" we wish to provide you and your child with the same warm and friendly atmosphere of learning music to enhance ones well being.  Our focus is to bring the international musician community of Texas together to provide musical and cultural education to children who may otherwise not have the opportunity to open their minds and lives through cultural creativity.
